Our Story
Every Abandoned Campaign
Deserves a Second Life
It starts the same way every time. A DM spends weeks building a world — drawing maps, writing NPCs with backstories deeper than most novels, designing encounters that balance on a knife's edge between triumph and disaster. Then life happens. Schedules clash. Players move away. The campaign fizzles out at session four.
All that creative work — those villains who never got their monologue, those dungeons that never got explored, those plot twists that never got revealed — they end up in a forgotten folder on someone's hard drive. Thousands of hours of imagination, gathering digital dust.
Loot Lore exists to change that.
We work with DMs who have abandoned campaigns full of brilliant ideas. We take their best arcs, encounters, and characters, and we reshape them into self-contained one-shot adventures — complete with maps, NPC stat blocks, encounter balancing, player handouts, and everything you need to run an unforgettable session.
How We Rescue Adventures
Discovery
DMs submit their abandoned campaign materials — notes, maps, character sheets, plot outlines. We look for the gems: the encounters that would've been legendary, the NPCs that deserved more screen time, the story beats that were too good to stay unplayed.
Design
Our team reshapes the raw material into a self-contained one-shot. We design for a single session: clear objectives, balanced encounters, meaningful choices, and a satisfying conclusion. Every adventure gets a beginning, middle, and end.
Polish
Professional layout, custom maps, NPC portraits, stat blocks, and player handouts. We playtest every adventure multiple times to ensure the pacing works, the difficulty scales properly, and the fun factor is off the charts.
Publish
The finished adventure goes live in our catalog as part of the Loot Lore Complete Collection. The original DM gets credit and a share of every sale. Their abandoned ideas finally get the audience they deserved.
